Customtonez.com Hosting provides CPANEL X3 control panels for all your server control needs. The X3 panel includes flash movie tutorials on how to manage your web site. To view the movies, simply Login to your cpanel account and click on video tutorials.

How do I get support?

All support is handled through a support ticketing system. To open a ticketing support request, Login to your account and click on the open ticket area. Follow the directions to submit a support request. We will respond within 24 hours.

What happens if I pay for a whole year of hosting up front, and then decide to cancel?

If you pay for a whole year of hosting up front and decide to cancel, you will be refunded the remaining amount of months starting from the month after you cancel. For example, if you signup and pay for a year in advance on January 1st, and decide to cancel on June 5th, your refund amount will be calculated based on July through the end of the year at the monthly rate per your hosting package.

How does Customtonez.com Hosting handle refunds for web hosting accounts?

Hosting Account Refunds are available within 7 days of initial account signup. To initiate the refund process, please login to the Client Area and create a new support ticket indicating that you would like a refund and the reasons why. Your request will be processed within 24 hours and your account cancelled and all content deleted from our server. For Domain Names, please see the next faq item.

How does customtonez.com hosting handle domain name refunds?

Unfortunately, due to global domain registry policies (way beyond the control of Customtonez.com Hosting) domain names cannot be refunded, modified, or changed after intial registration and hence all SALES ARE FINAL. What this means, is that you need to pay careful attention to the domain name that you are requesting. Worst case senario, you own that domain for a year and it costs you $14.95 USD.

What operating system is running on customtonez.com hosting servers?

Customtonez.com Hosting servers run Linux based operating systems. Windows based web hosting is not available.

What is the deal with the double commissions for bands and artists?

Yes, we run PHP 5.

Yes, the Platinum package includes shell access.

What if my band already has a website, or I am not in the market for a website?

You can still benefit from the double commissions on all ringtones and wallpapers by signing up for a hosting account. You can use the account for transferring files, uploading songs used for streaming from your main site, etc.
